Do you accept private insurance?We have agreements with all major international insurance companies and a specialized Insurance Department that will take care of all necessary documentation.

Will you assist me planning my trip?We would be more than happy to assist you with all your travel plans, including tickets, accommodation according to your budget, local transfers, car rental, sightseeing, etc.

How will I pay?We require full settlement of the quoted amount before admission. You can either pay through bank transfer or credit card, or cash.

Does your personnel speak English?All our personnel can communicate in Greek and English, while we also have Russian, Bulgarian, and German-speaking staff.

Will someone be waiting for me on my arrival at the hospital?Our representative will be waiting for you in the main reception upon your arrival to navigate you through the process and to the various departments.

Should I bring an accompanying person? Is that allowed?We certainly recommend that you have an accompanying person to assist you mainly upon discharge and during your stay in Cyprus until your departure and, of course, during your return flight. It is allowed to have one accompanying person with you in the hospital, following that, he or she has a negative 24-hour' Rapid Test if fully vaccinated or a PCR test if not vaccinated.

Are there any COVID restrictions in your hospital?Following our internal Health and Safety Regulations and the Cyprus Ministry of Health Regulations, we require a 24-hour’ PCR test before entering our premises if not fully vaccinated or a 24-hour’ Rapid Test if fully vaccinated with three vaccines.

Could I have my pre-operational exams in your hospital?You can certainly do so since we have a complete and technologically advanced diagnostic department where you can perform all your preop tests. That would require your arrival in Cyprus at least two days before the scheduled surgery.

Are there any COVID special requirements entering Cyprus?Currently, there are no particular entry requirements, but we suggest you check before your flight.

Will I be able to meet with my surgeon prior to receiving the treatment?Once you have received the medical plan and quotation, we will arrange a video call to meet with the treating doctor. Moreover, on your arrival and prior to receiving your treatment, we will arrange a consultation with your doctor.

Are there flight connections to Cyprus?Cyprus is connected with direct flights to most European countries or has regular stop-over flights to the rest of the world.
